Please note:
Your cake can be filled with a variety of delicious buttercreams, whipped ganaches, and fruit fillings. Under Illinois cottage food rules, certain fillings—such as uncooked custard, pastry cream, and raw-egg fillings—cannot be offered. All recipes containing eggs, including our buttercream frostings, are cooked to a safe temperature.
